There was bugs throughout our room. The shower water wouldn't turn all the way off. There was no hot water. Beds were too hard to sleep in. When I checked in they tried to tell me that booking mess up my requst and they were trying to charge me double what I really requested! This was the worst place I have ever stayed at!
It was close to Disneyland. For the money you can't beat it
People who stayed here wer. Up all night partying. It was fine except I had two you young children.
There web site was listed under hotels and they are far from a hotel. It was more like a very poor motel. Room was dirty, Office was dirty, the contnental breakfast included orange juice, white bread and fruit loops. I was very disapionted I will not be staying with them again.
I was very unhappy with the service I received in the first 20 minutes of my arrival. The attendant was unprofessinal and decieded that taking a personal phone call while a customer was on hold and I was in the waiting room. I went across the way to check into another hotel bc I was so unhappy. When I came back around 20 minutes later the attenent came to the car ignoring the fact I was leaving due to poor customer service and had nothing to do with my making other arrangments. I will make sure my friends know about the poor service and the fact Booked.net valued this hotel at three stars.
Their breakfast was apple jacks, toast, tang & coffee. Very cheap, mold in the bathrooms & most of their staf don't speak very much English. No services Internet is 2 bucks & hour & I would never stay their again. Not worth the savings.
It was a good price.
Our feet were black when we walked around the room without shoes on. The hotel states that it provides a continental breakfast. We stayed for five nights, and each morning the breakfast was the same. They provided your choice of froot loops, or apple jacks, toast, coffee, or sunny delight. They advertise pasteries but not once were those included. Hotel also stated that they have a shuttle service to Disneyland which is a big reason why we booked the hotel. The hotel does not provide a shuttle service, there is a public shuttle that comes by the hotel at a cost of $4 per a person each way. Was not happy about this.
I did not like it at all. The service was poor they didn't even know we were coming they put me as a no show when I rescheduled with Booked.net. The room smelled horrible the beds were not clean we had to buy new sheets and blankets. I feel like I was lied to.
The stay was horrible. Very misleading.
Proximity to Disneyland, and other Maingate hotel properties.
A lot. Beds too hard; not enough pillows; shower too narrow for larger people (most hotels have a bowed shower curtain hanger giving more room in the bathing experience; property not well maintained - rust, holes, stained carpets, pool area not maintained - debris in pool and hot tub; generally disappointed with price verses what we got for the price.
Room was very dirty, staff was rude, the room wasn't ready until after 3pm, spiderwebs, foul smell in the room, not enough towels , I was scared to let my kids play on the floor. It was the worst hotel ever and no fire sprinkler systems in the rooms and the elevator safety expired 3/2012 also the free continental breakfast was a joke(don't eat it)
They were the only hotel that could accommodate our party of 11 for a reasonable price.
The rooms are old, rugs filthy and stained, bathroom was moldy and mildew.
es buen lugar para una noche cerca de Disneyland
le falta un poco de mantenimiento a la publicidad del hotel luces apagadas
Conveinience and cost
It was close to disneyland.
The photo and the room were not the same.
Dirty, smelly,cheapest owner in world, lie's , lie's , lie's , no internet , no breakfast , no phone , no cable T.V. , horrible !!!!!!!
When I got to the hotel with a confirmed reservation for an 8person suite, I was told a 2queen bed room was booked, the clerk said its ok if I have 8people in the room(not acceptable to me) finally the clerk gave us an adjoining room at the price I was quoted on Booked.net ... I was satisfied!
